Amendment of Second Schedule

Paragraph 3(2) of the Second Schedule to the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “an approved company auditor under the Companies Act (Cap. 50)” and substituting the words “a public accountant who is registered or deemed to be registered under the Accountants Act (Cap. 2)”.
