Amendment of section 3
Section 3 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsections (1) and (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) There is hereby established a council to be called the Public Transport Council which shall consist of the following members:
(a)
a Chairman; and
(b)
such other members as the Minister may determine.”.
