Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2005 and shall, with the exception of section 20(e), come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) Section 20(e) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st July 2005.
