Amendment of Professional Engineers Act
Section 20(1) of the Professional Engineers Act (Cap. 253, 1992 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)the paid-up capital of the corporation is not less than the amount prescribed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette;”.
