Amendment of section 79
Section 79(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (b) of the definition of “specified person”; and
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (c) of the definition of “specified person” and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(d)any partner or employee of the limited liability law partnership of which the solicitor is a partner or an employee.”.
