Amendment of section 107

Section 107 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “companies” in subsection (2)(b), the words “or limited liability partnerships”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “law corporation” in subsection (4), the words “or a limited liability law partnership”.
