Amendment of section 118
Section 118(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a); and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (iii) of paragraph (a), the following sub-paragraph:“(iv)in the case of a limited liability law partnership, by one of the partners of, or by a solicitor employed by, that limited liability law partnership; or”.
