Consequential amendment to Companies Act
The Companies Act (Cap. 50) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “41(1)(b) of the Insurance Act (Cap. 142)” in section 145(6), the words “, section 22 of the Payment Systems (Oversight) Act 2005”.
