Clause 60

by deleting paragraph (c) of section 25(2) and substituting the following paragraph:“(c)prescribe the fees and charges payable for the issue of such permit in accordance with such rates as may be approved by the Minister;”;

by deleting paragraphs (g), (h) and (i) of section 25(2) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(g)provide for such permit to be stored in such electronic form as the Authority may determine;

regulate the use of such permit;”;

by deleting subsection (5) of section 25;

by deleting the semi-colon at the end of the definition of “specified road” in section 34A and substituting a full-stop;

by deleting the definition of “stored value card” in section 34A;

by deleting sub-paragraph (ii) of section 34D(1)(c); and

by deleting subsection (3) of section 34D.
