Clause 18

Section 123A of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) Any person who refuses to allow the employee or agent to exercise his power under subsection (1) or who obstructs the exercise of such power by the employee or agent shall be guilty of an offence.”.
