Clause 4

Section 19 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(5) Rules made under this Act may provide for the issue of a new licence in the place of a licence which has been damaged, rendered illegible, lost or destroyed, and for the information to be furnished and the fee to be paid for the issue of a new licence.”.
