Amendment of section 37
Section 37 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or registered midwife” in subsection (1)(a), (b) and (c) and substituting in each case the words “, registered midwife or Advanced Practice Nurse”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “Roll” in subsection (1)(a) and (b), the words “or to practise as an Advanced Practice Nurse”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “or registered midwife” in subsection (7) and substituting the words “, registered midwife or Advanced Practice Nurse”.
