Clause 19

Section 42 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (5), the following subsection:“(6) The Board may invest its funds in accordance with the standard investment power of statutory bodies as defined in section 33A of the Interpretation Act (Cap. 1).”.
