Amendment of section 13

Section 13 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsection (4); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after subsection (5), the following subsection:“(6) The Registrar may disclose, in accordance with any prescribed conditions, any information in the Register or Roll to any prescribed person.”.
