Amendment of section 14B

Section 14B of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “section 10A(2)” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “section 11(2)”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “by a Singapore limited liability partnership” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “and that limited liability partnership is a Singapore limited liability partnership”.
