Clause 13

Amendment of section 21

Section 21(1) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “residential property” in the 1st and 2nd lines, the words “that is not non-restricted residential property”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the residential property” in the penultimate line and substituting the words “that property”.
