Clause 19

Amendment of section 26

Section 26 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “residential properties” in subsection (1), the words “, not being non-restricted residential properties,”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “residential properties” in subsection (4), the words “that are not non-restricted residential properties”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “interest in” in subsection (5), the word “such”.
