Amendment of section 35
Section 35 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “pursuant to section 25 or 26” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “that is not non-restricted residential property pursuant to section 25, 26 or 31”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(b)his approval for a change of use of any land pursuant to section 28;
(ba)his approval for development of any land pursuant to section 28A; or”.
