Consequential amendment to Singapore Land Authority Act

The Third Schedule to the Singapore Land Authority Act (Cap. 301) is amended by deleting item 5 and substituting the following item:“5. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 23, 25, 35 and 36 of the Residential Property Act (Cap. 274).”.
