Clause 8

Amendment of section 8

Section 8 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “Sections 5 and 6 shall not apply to any foreign person who is a natural person or to any society; such person or society shall not, accordingly, be required” and substituting the words “Section 5 shall not require any foreign person who is a natural person or a society”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “Sections 5 and 6” in the marginal note and substituting the words “Section 5”.
