Clause 17

Section 59 of the Electricity Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (5), the following subsection:“(5A) An appeal under subsection (5) shall not suspend the effect of a decision or direction to which the appeal relates unless the appeal is against the imposition or the amount of a financial penalty.”.
