Amendment of section 65

Section 65 of the Electricity Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “An Appeal Panel” in subsection (1), the words “established by direction under section 64(3) or 98(2)”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “the Appeal Panel under section 64(3)” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “an Appeal Panel”.
