Amendment of section 30
Section 30(1) of the Banking Act is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)any business the conduct of which is regulated or authorised by the Authority or, if carried on in Singapore, would be regulated or authorised by the Authority under any written law;”.
