Amendment of section 31
Section 31 of the Banking Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (3);
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “company” in subsection (5), the words “, and such other investment, interest or right as may be prescribed”; and
(c)
by deleting subsection (6).
