Amendment of section 40A
Section 40A of the Banking Act is amended ––
(a)
by deleting the semi-colon at the end of the definition of “funds of a customer under management” and substituting a full-stop; and
(b)
by deleting the definitions of “parent bank” and “parent supervisory authority”.
