New section 77A
The Banking Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 77, the following section:“Amendment of Schedules77A.—
(1)
The Minister may from time to time, by order published in the Gazette, amend, add to or vary the Fourth or Fifth Schedule.(2) The Minister may, in any order under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.(3) Any order made under subsection (1) shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.”.
