Clause 66

Section 30(1) of the Deposit Insurance Act 2005 (Act 31 of 2005) is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:“(b)the Authority is of the opinion that a Scheme member is or is likely to become insolvent, or that it is or is likely to become unable to meet its obligations, or that it is about to suspend payments,”.
