Clause 13

Amendment of Public Transport Council Act

Section 2 of the Public Transport Council Act (Cap. 259B, 2000 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (a) of the definition of “ticket payment service” and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)a service for —

(i)

the clearing of any ticket transaction; or

(ii)

the sale, topping-up, replacement or refund, or the management of the use, of a mode of payment for tickets; or”.
