Amendment of section 22

The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 22 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) Any person who knowingly conceals any explosive precursor imported unlawfully or without a licence shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction —

(a)

in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $100,000; and

(b)

in any other case, to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.”.
