Amendment of section 6

Section 6 of the Education Endowment Scheme Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:“(2) For the purpose of providing additional income to the Endowment Fund, the Minister for Finance may, from time to time, pay to that Fund such sum of money as may be provided by Parliament, and such sum of money shall not be regarded as forming any part of the capital money of that Fund.”.
