Clause 3

Section 3(2) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (i) and substituting the following paragraph:“(i)the transfer of any moneys standing to the credit of a member in his bank account to his Edusave account or such other account in his name as may be prescribed, or the withdrawal of such moneys, at such time, in such manner and in such circumstances as may be prescribed;”.
