Clause 101
Directions as to games not to be played
(1)
The Authority may give a direction in writing to a casino operator concerning the particular games that may not be played in the casino.
(2)
The Authority may amend any such direction by a further direction in writing to the casino operator.
(3)
It is a condition of a casino licence that the casino operator is to comply with any direction for the time being in force under this section.
