Payment of claim after decision
(1)
Except as otherwise allowed by the Authority, a casino operator shall pay a patron’s claim within 30 days of ––
(a)
the decision of the committee under section 112; or
(b)
where an appeal was made under section 114, the decision of the Authority under that section.
(2)
Failure of a casino operator to pay within the time specified in subsection (1) is grounds for disciplinary action.
