Clause 118

Entry of inspector to casino premises

(1)

An inspector may, at any time, enter and remain on any casino premises for the purposes of exercising his functions as an inspector under this Act, including but not limited to ––

(a)

observing any of the operations of the casino;

(b)

ascertaining whether the operations of the casino are being properly conducted, supervised and managed;

(c)

ascertaining whether the provisions of this Act are being complied with; and

(d)

in any other respect, exercising his functions under this Act.

(2)

An inspector who enters premises under this section is not authorised to remain on the premises if, on the request of the occupier of the premises, the inspector does not show his identification card to the occupier.
