Casino operator to bar excluded persons from casino premises
(1)
It is a condition of a casino licence that a casino operator shall not, without reasonable excuse, permit an excluded person to enter or remain on the casino premises.
(2)
It is a condition of a casino licence that a casino operator shall comply with any order made under section 163(2)(d) to close any deposit account of a respondent named in that order.
