Clause 129
Conduct within casino premises
(1)
A casino operator shall take all appropriate steps to ensure that the following acts are not committed by its employees, patrons or other persons within the casino premises:
(a)
soliciting for the purpose of prostitution or for any other immoral purpose;
(b)
unlicensed moneylending or related activities;
(c)
drunken, disorderly or riotous behaviour.
(2)
Any casino operator who contravenes subsection (1) shall be liable to disciplinary action.
