Interpretation of this Part
In this Part —“acceptable proof of age” for a person means —
documentary evidence that might reasonably be accepted as applying to the person and as proving that the person is at least 21 years of age; or
evidence that the Authority has declared by notice in writing given to a casino operator to be acceptable evidence in relation to the operation of the casino that a person is at least 21 years of age;“minor” means a person who is below the age of 21 years.
