Clause 154

There shall be a National Council on Problem Gambling comprising a chairman and not less than 7 and not more than 19 other members to be appointed by the Minister.

The chairman and every member of the Council shall be appointed for a period not exceeding 2 years and shall be eligible for reappointment.

The Minister may, at any time, revoke the appointment of the chairman or any member of the Council and may appoint any person to fill any vacancy which may arise in the Council for any reason whatsoever.
