Application for family exclusion order
(1)
An application for a family exclusion order may be made by —
(a)
a family member of the respondent adversely affected by the respondent’s gambling; or
(b)
a person referred to in section 160 or 161 on behalf of a family member referred to in paragraph (a).
(2)
An application shall be made to the Council in writing in the form approved by the Council, and the Council shall refer the application to a Committee.
