Notification of making, variation or revocation of family exclusion order or exclusion order
A copy of every family exclusion order or exclusion order, and a copy of every variation or revocation of such order must be provided by the Council to ––
(a)
the applicant, if any;
(b)
the Authority;
(c)
the Commissioner of Police; and
(d)
every casino operator.
