Clause 179
Obstructing officer of Authority, etc.
Any person who refuses to give access to, or obstructs, hinders or delays ––
(a)
any member, officer, employee or agent of the Authority authorised to act for or assist the Authority;
(b)
any inspector or person assisting an inspector; or
(c)
any authorised person,in the discharge of his duties under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
