Clause 59

Regular investigations of casino operator’s suitability, etc.

The Authority shall, at such intervals as it may determine, investigate whether or not —

(a)

the casino operator is a suitable person to continue to hold the casino licence; and

(b)

the casino licence should continue in force,and shall take whatever action the Authority considers appropriate in the light of its findings.
