Clause 7
Constitution of Authority
(1)
The Authority shall consist of the following members:
(a)
a Chairman; and
(b)
such other members, not being less than 4 or more than 16, as the Minister may, from time to time, determine.
(2)
The Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Authority, its members and its proceedings.
