Conditions of special employee licence
(1)
A special employee licence is subject to any condition imposed by the Authority and notified to the licensee on the issue of the special employee licence or during its currency.
(2)
A condition of a special employee licence may be varied or revoked by the Authority whether or not an application is made to the Authority by the licensee.
