Clause 89
Duration of special employee licence
A special employee licence remains in force until whichever of the following happens first:
(a)
the special employee licence is cancelled;
(b)
the licensee, by notice in writing, surrenders the special employee licence to the Authority; or
(c)
the expiration of such period as is specified in the special employee licence.
