Deletion and substitution of heading to Part IV

Part IV of the Accountants Act is amended by deleting the Part heading and substituting the following Part heading:“ACCOUNTING CORPORATIONS, ACCOUNTING FIRMS AND ACCOUNTING LLPs”.
