Amendment of section 17

Section 17(3) of the Accountants Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “the memorandum of association of the company or proposed company provides that” in paragraph (a); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “public accountancy services” in paragraph (d), the words “in Singapore”.
