Clause 10

Section 36 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) Subsection (2) shall not entitle any person (referred to in this subsection as “the claimant”) to recover from an unauthorised person any payment that has been repaid to the claimant or paid to the Law Society for the benefit of the claimant under section 35A(1).”.
