Clause 13

Section 44 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection: “(3) A foreign practitioner member shall not be expelled from membership so long as his registration referred to in section 40A(1)(a) or (b) or his approval referred to in section 40A(1)(c) continues in force.”.
