Amendment of section 75D
Section 75D of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “Faculty” in subsection (1)(c) and substituting the words “Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore or the Faculty of Law of the Singapore Management University”; and
(b)
by deleting “$5,000” in subsection (2) and substituting “$10,000”.
